LAGOS JULY 27TH (URHOBOTODAY)-The finger of God is on the move and divinely in favour of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Delta State Chapter as the Media Consultant to both the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, Mr. Fejiro Oliver via his Secret Reporters News Portal exposes the heart-breaking rigging tactics of his clients.
Oliver, who was the Online Media Campaign Consultant to Senator Ifeanyi Okowa and the PDP revealed that his clients rigged the 2015 general elections through result sheets writing and falsification which the party in collaboration with compromised Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) adhoc staff perfected few days before each election.

Though Fejiro tactically excluded the Governorship elections from his confessional news release, it is the practice during elections that the party must work closely with the candidates to map out all winning strategies which is why his attempt to want to exclude the governorship election can never be taken seriously.
The online news report also implicated serving Senator James Manager of Delta South Senatorial District and Hon. Leo Ogor of the House of Representatives. The duo was said to be the arrow heads of PDP Delta South election rigging criminal gang who stole the peoples mandate for the PDP in their respectively senatorial district and constituency in particular and elections in Delta State in general.
It is therefore strongly recommended that Fejiro Oliver and his reliable informants should be invited by security agencies to provide additional information which will help the election tribunal in Delta State in the discharge of its constitutional responsibilities. In the instant case, Fejiro and his sources becomes prosecution witnesses in the criminal charge that will be pressed against the election riggers and their partners in crime at the INEC, relying on the principles of “conspiracy and common intention” to invoke the actus reus and mens rea of the offense.
A statement by Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesovbe said “we at the APC have severally and jointly maintained through corroborated evidence that the PDP in Delta State in collaboration with compromised INEC staff rigged the 2015
general elections.
“APC Delta Governorship candidate in the April 11 election, Olorogun O’tega Emerhor led party leaders and faithful to protest in the streets of Asaba and at INEC State Headquarters to attract government attention to the electoral malpractices and result sheets writing fraud perpetuated jointly by the PDP and compromised INEC adhoc and senior staff.”
Fejiro has let the cat out of the bag and it is now left for the security agencies to dig deep into this serious allegation and offenders prosecuted and punished according to law, the statement added. STOLEN MANDATE: HOW DELTA STATE PDP RIGGED ELECTION AND WROTE NASS RESULT BEFORE ELECTION DAY

• Secrets Reporters

• The election may have come and gone, but the pains of the losers who mostly were rigged out still remains and hurts them, that they only pray for the court to nullify the elections.
• If some of those who conducted the Nigeria 2015 elections in Delta State are picked up and questioned by the security agencies, most of them will turn to canary birds, and expose the dirty role they played in awarding victory to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidates in Delta State.
• Apart from the governorship election which saw Sen. Dr Ifeanyi Okowa and can be said to be free and fair, going by his statewide acceptability which saw him cruising to the Dennis Osadebey House, Secrets Reporters can authoritatively report that the same cannot be said of the National Assembly election.
• In this report, we present to Nigerians how the PDP candidate, Mr Leo Ogor representing Isoko Federal Constituency and his counterpart from Delta South Senatorial District, Mr James Manager became winners even before the results was announced.
• The day was on March 28th 2015 which was supposed to be the election date, but the duo of Leo Ogor and Manager already had a plan marshaled out, according to a very reliable source who confided in Secrets Reporters.
• We exclusively gathered that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) adhoc staff whom were trained for the election purposes were not only compromised. On the 27th of March, some of the adhoc staff who were mainly civil servants and came from far places arrived Isoko South and North for the conduct of the election reported themselves for duty, in order to be lodged in hotels reserved for them, before the election date.
• Surprisingly, they were told that they came late as the elections had been concluded. “We were so shocked when they told us that we came late for election, as election has finished. When we attempted to protest, they gave us envelope filled with money and hotels to sleep, including the girls we came along with”. A civil servant told this newspaper.
• One of them who agreed on condition of anonymous that he was there to work for Leo Ogor stated that some of them who wrote the results before the election date were camped at one Erebi Channel 10 Hotel, off Ogbemudia Street Oleh. We gathered that the Supervising Poll Officer (SPO) were given the sum of N1 million to share among five persons while the collating officers smiled to the bank with N1 million each for the faithful job of rigging in the PDP candidates.
