LAGOS AUGUST 21st (urhobotoday)-Chairman of the People’s Democratic party , PDP , Uvwie Chapter , Prince Kelly Otuedor has condemned the suspension of Uvwie Local Government Chairman , Hon . Henry Baro saying the action of Delta State House of Assembly illegal and immoral.
Otuedor who faulted the suspension of Baro and supports the Uvwie Legislative Arm over their indefinite suspension of acting Chairman of Uvwie LGA , chief (Mrs) Stella Otiotio Dabonor , described the suspension of Baro as ” unconstitutional , ultra vires and immoral”

In a statement Otuedor advised the good people of Uvwie to come out in their numbers in a peaceful protest to condemn the oppression melted on their Council Chairman by members of Delta state House of Assembly.
According to Prince Kelly Otuedor, “that records showed that Hon. Henry Baro have done extremely well and mean well for the betterment of all Uvwie people. That records also showed that Hon. Baro worked for PDP during the general Elections. That Uvwie has been peaceful if not this crisis of suspension of the Council Chairman. That him as the local Govt PDP chairman was shocked over the alarming and deafening circumstances that is prevailing within the Uvwie Local Government.
Having observed ongoing political tussle in the council with the suspended of the acting chairman , Chief (Mrs) Otiotio, the Uvwie PDP Boss said it would be bold to say that the people should challenge the authorities of the DTHA and the State Government to provide a concrete, constitutional and statutorily grounded answers to the above question as a matter of uttermost urgency and extreme public importance .
“Where the questions could not be answered as totally demanded by the general Uvwie people. That Hon. Henry Baro suspension should be reversed immediately with unreserved public apologies from both DTHA and the State Government.”
