Lagos: Suspected Kidnapper Pleads for Mercy, Blames Buhari’s Change for His Action
LAGOS SEPTEMBER 15TH (URHOBOTODAY)-A suspected kidnapper nabbed by angry mob at Olowo Street, Mushin, Lagos State pleaded for mercy just as he related his action to the hardship created by the change introduced by Muhammadu Buhari. Urhobotoday gathered that the victim was a 19-year-old boy who lost consciousness of his environment, after being touched on the face with a white towel by the suspect.
When asked why he ventured into kidnapping, the suspect who pleaded with the crowd not to lynch him he said, “It is Buhari. There is no money in town.”
He was eventually handed over to a policeman from Olosan Police Station at Mushin.
