N50m Fraud: Delta Commissioner, Damijo Denies Fleeing from EFCC

Veteran actor and commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Richard Mofe Damijo has denied reports that was carried by some section of the media particularly the social media that he was wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission over N50 Milllion theft of Government funds.
Damijo described the allegation as false saying that he cannot be involved in such a mess. He explained that in due time, he would respond to saharareporters an online news agency which also published the report in due cause and at the right time.
Although to further verify the authenticity of all claims in this matter, voiceofdelta has contacted the EFCC which is yet to reply to get its position and if truly the Commissioner was at anytime wanted.
As soon as the EFCC replies, we will make public.
