LAGOS MAY 12TH (URHOBOTODAY)-Four of the robbery suspects that stormed Lekki Phase 1 in March, leaving a tale of tears, sorrow and blood, have been arrested by the police in a nationwide manhunt that has yielded fruits.
According to a statement by the Nigeria Police Force, the four suspects were nabbed at different locations in the country including Delta, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo and Osun States following a full-scale investigation launched by the force immediately after the incident.

Two iPhones stolen from the scene of the robbery said to have been recovered from the suspects.
According to police, investigation is still ongoing.
You would recall that on March 12, some deadly armed bandits stormed the exclusive Lekki Penninsula and for over an hour, held residents, passerby and commuters to ransom, robbing a bank and a filling station before escaping through the lagoon in speedboats.
Before they escaped, they killed about five policemen and an unfortunate teenage fish seller.
The attack drew lots of anger and condemnation from Nigerians with many urging the police to do everything within their powers to bring the robbers to book.
