In his words, “Indeed it is a rare privilege to have a boss like President Goodluck Jonathan who supported my passion for the work of God as he believed that His grace are also abounds in Him”.
Speaking on the topic “Speed of God” the Minister started by telling the congregation about his successive trip to China with Mr. President, just as he expressed his joy for being able to come back and met up with the programme at the Praise Liberate Church.
Referring to the aforementioned topic, Orubebe described the speed of God as the mystery of God that could catapult someone from nowhere to an accelerated position the person cannot comprehend, adding that when the speed of God is not with someone anything can happen to the person.
Mentioning three reasons why we need the speed of God, Orubebe said, “Firstly, we need the speed of God to arrive at our destination because delay is dangerous. In the year 1996 when God told me to tell the people of my community Ogbogbagbene that if only they could key unto him he would be their God they all laughed at me thinking that I was a foolish man, but at the end God used the foolishness to conform the wise. It is the same foolishness that has brought me to where I am today.”
Secondly, Orubebe advised that we need the speed of God so as not terminate our destiny halfway, adding, “According to the book of 11 Samuel 15:14 our destiny is in our hands and so we should all go back to God.” He said our destiny can never be terminated if we have God by our side.
Thirdly, Orubebe advised people to pray without ceasing just like Mordecai even when their enemies are at their neck as God would definitely turn everything around for their good
He urged everyone to pray for their enemies “because where there is no enemy there can never be a table to be set before us.”
