Nigeria Drug Baron Jailed for 27 Years in Cambodia

Precious Chineme Nwoko and hard drugs

LAGOS MAY 30TH (URHOBOTODAY)- 23 year old Precious Chineme Nwoko has been sentenced to 27 years imprisonment by a Cambodian Court for drug trafficking in Cambodia.
Police sources say Nwoko was a ringleader in a heroin smuggling cartel in Cambodia. He was arrested last month for handing a backpack containing 2.2 kilos (4.8 pounds) of heroin to two women, 41year old Australian Yoshe Ann Taylor and 19 year old French Charlene Savarino, for onward trans…portation to an unidentified man in Australia. Both women were however caught and arrested.
At their trial last month, it was discovered that 19 year old Savarino was Nwoko’s girlfriend and they worked closely in smuggling heroin. 41 year old Taylor had also previously helped to smuggle heroin using the backpack.
Judge Kor Vandy at Phnom Penh Municipal Court who presided over their case today said Nwoko and the two women were guilty of ‘cross-border smuggling of illegal drugs and thereafter sentenced Nwoko’s 19year old girlfriend Savarino to 25 years in jail, while 41 year old Taylor was handed 23 years. They all denied the drug belonged to them.

I would like to warn all women who think about looking for men online to be extremely careful. This man preyed on women and groomed them to be his mule. I’m grateful he was caught and got the punishment that he deserved. He was the ringleader and can deny that claim if he wants to but I know the truth. How do I know? I was one of his mules. I spent time in jail due to having drugs concealed in my luggage. I have no knowledge of this and they were found when I returned home. My life has been destroyed by this man and Hate is too good a word for him and his behaviour. You cannot treat people like this and not suffer the consequences. Believe me, life would have been so much better had I not met him at all. I rue the day he is released from prison and I will do everything in my power to make sure he remains in there for the rest of his life. Where he belongs.

If he was given 27 years, then why was he released in February? Not even a speck of his sentence has been served. I’m absolutely disgusted that this man can be out living a life when he’s destroyed so many others. How is it he came to be released? People like him can say and do whatever they like and will never accept responsibility for their actions. Shameful!!!
