LAGOS JANUARY 13TH (URHOBOTODAY) – A nine-year-old girl was reportedly kidnapped, Sunday, in Warri, Delta State allegedly in connection with the crisis in Ugborodo, Warri South West Local Area.
The girl was said to have been seized by some gunmen barely few days after the feuding parties in the crisis in the town reportedly entered a peace pact in Abuja to give peace a chance for the take off of $16 billion Gas City Project in Ogidigben, near Ugborodo.
The Delta State Government had earlier initiated a peace meeting between the two factions led by Chief Thomas Ereyitomi and Hon David Tonwe.

Sources told THEWILL that the victim identified as Hilary Eyengho is Sam Eyengho (alias Kiki) ‘s younger sister. Sam is an ardent follower of Ayiri Emami.

The victim is said to be Emami’s niece.
All efforts to speak to Emami on the development proved abortive but a source said that the Itsekiri youth leader had been intimated on the incident and has called on security agencies and the state government to ensure the immediate release of the victim.
When contacted to confirm the story, the State Police Public Relation Officer, Charles Muka, a deputy superintendent of police, told THEWILL he had not being briefed on the incident.
The Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of Delta South Police Area Command, Rabiu did not pick calls made to his mobile phone and did not reply text messages sent to his cell phone.
