Late Esegba who along his driver and a bosom friend died in a fatal car crash along Abuja road was a philanthropist and Chairman of Bensegba Technical Services Nigeria limited.
Urhobotoday, an online medium, gathered that Esegba’s and the two others died after their jeep was hit by a moving trailer who lost control after Lokoja as the car burst into flames with no rescue at sight.
Ese Esegba, his young son who was uncontrollable told Urhobotoday that his father death is a colossal damage ?and the vacuum cannot be filled.
Mr. Friday Atufe, Cousin of the deceased Esegba and a leading Journalist in Nigeria said, “It is like a dream, my brother? dear brother is gone. An iroko has fallen.”
On his part, Engineer Isaac Omafuaire, Esegba cousin added, “I am still in shock, my dear brother has left without a word. This is unbelievable and depressing.”
Mr. Jerome Omoroh, a relative and a senior banker said, “Am still at a lost, how can my brother who was with me a day ago just travel and not return. These trailer drivers have caused an unending pains.”
Contacted, Chief Robinson Obrogor?, President General, Akperhe Community said, “What is really happening to us? Few months ago, we lost Engr. Ophori, now we lost Esegba. God please take away death from us. Akperhe has lost an irreplaceable son, how can we mourn Esegba enough.”
Mr. Dickson Omoshue, another relative told Urhobotoday that despite the great loss, that plans are in top gear to lay Esegba remain?s to rest soon as both his parents are alive.
Late Esegba who was in his fifties, was an ardent and faithful Christian, ordained as an Evangelist in the God’s Grace Ministry, married with children?.
