Atiku Presidential campaign vehicle

LAGOS JULY 4TH (URHOBOTODAY)- Those loyal to President Goodluck/Sambo Presidency come 2015 were not comfortable as a campaign vehicle allegedly belonging to former Vice President of Nigeria was sighted in Kaduna metropolis yesterday.
Thus, the sighting of the campaign vehicle has heightened issues surrounding the would be presidential flagbearers of political parties in 2015 Presidential election.

Atiku had emerged as the Northern candidate for the presidential election, but eventually ‘lost’ to President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan at the primaries of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 2011.
The vehicle, which was conspicuously branded with his (Atiku) picture also had the banner of PDP with other inscriptions such as Face of Hope 2015 and Youth Coalition for Turaki 2015.
The driver of the vehicle who south anonymity told LEADERSHIP that they are group of youths working for the actualisation of the Turaki Adamawa come 2015 Presidential election.
He said, “We are working for Atiku because he has the leadership qualities to lead this country, we believe in his abilities and we know if given the opportunity to lead this country, he will not fail to deliver.
“We have other campaign strategies which we are going to roll out at the right time, but for now we feel that the country should know that come 2015, the youth support for Atiku Abubakar for the presidency will be total.”
“we the youth of this country are feeling disappointed with the kind of leadership we are getting and desire for a positive change, and we know that insha-Allah if the mantle of leadership is given to him, on our part we will relent in canvassing support for him” he reiterated.
