Delta: Angry Mob Burn Suspected Serial Ritualist, Rapist Alive in Ughelli
LAGOS JUNE 29TH (URHOBOTODAY)-Angry mob this morning set ablaze a young man suspected to be a serial ritual killer and rapist.
Attempt by the police and local vigilante to whisk the suspect away was futile as the angry mob refused, insisting that he must be burnt alive.
Urhobotoday gathered that the suspect was part of a three man gang who goes about raping, killing and mutilating young innocent girls in the community.
The suspect and two others now at large was alleged to have raped and beaten with mallet a salesgirl identified as Charity on Monday inside a shop where the victim sells fish feeds at Ekuigbo, Ughelli.
Our source revealed that Charity incident on Monday was the third in five days after the wife of a popular hotelier was attacked and raped inside her shop along Ekerejebor Road, Ughelli, last Friday.
It was gathered that Charity, who was discovered naked at the point of death, was rushed to Ughelli Central Hospital for treatment by sympathisers.
