LAGOS APRIL 12TH (URHOBOTODAY)-Delta State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chieftain, Chief Sunny Onuesoke has pledged total support for PDP in Delta State.
Onuesoke who made the pledge recently during the burial ceremony of the mother of member of House of Representative, Chief Solomon Ahwinahwi in Olomu, Delta State affirmed that come rain or shine he would stick to the party in the state for the next eight years.
“I cannot decamp to any other party even if all members Delta State PDP decamp to other parties. I, Onuesoke will remain the last man standing for the next eight years because of the ideology and leadership quality of the party. I cannot shelve my membership of the party for the next eight years because of the five point agenda of the party,” he maintained.
Onuesoke who said PDP in Delta State has done enough to deserve his loyalty noted that in term of road construction and infrastructure development Delta State is one of the fastest growing state in the South-South region in term of infrastructure.
“What I mean in essence is that I will want to be part of the developmental programme of the party as enshrined in Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s programme. For now, the Chief Security Officer of the state had done more than human imagination that deserve the support of all in the state,” he noted.
