Delta is The Most Indebted State in Nigeria-DMO

LAGOS AUGUST 2ND (URHOBOTODAY)-A document made available by Debt Management Office, DMO has revealed that Delta State is the most indebted state in Nigeria with Domestic Debt of N320.6bn as 2015.
Delta state is followed by Lagos with 218.6b, Rivers State N135bn, FCT N133bn and Bayelsa N103bn.
Stock as at December 2015 shows Anambra is the lowest in List of most indebted states with N3.6bn and Yobe state with N3.9bn.
Below is the list of indebted state and amount:
1. Abia – N33.5bn
2. Adamawa – N47.2bn
3. Akwa Ibom – N147.6bn
4. Anambra – N3.6bn
5. Bauchi – N57.6bn
6. Bayelsa – N103.3bn
7. Benue – N39.9bn
8. Borno – N22.3bn
9. Cross River – N115.5bn
10. Delta – N320.6bn
11. Ebonyi – N34.1bn
12. Edo – N46.2bn
13. Ekiti – N52.5bn
14. Enugu – N37.55bn
15. Gombe – N53.4bn
16. Imo – N71.7bn
17. Jigawa – N22.1bn
18. Kaduna – N49.8bn
