LAGOS JUNE 30TH (URHOBOTODAY)-Delta state police has arrested 52-year-old man for allegedly raping a teenage girl of about 2-year-old baby girl in Ovwian -Aladja of Delta State.
A statement made available to journalist by Delta State Police Public Relation Officer (PPRO), Mr Onome Onovapoyeya disclosed that the incident occurred at Ovwian-Aladja in warri, Delta State.
In a related development, the Delta State police equally claimed to have arrested 58-year-old man who was alleged to have raped a teenage girl of about 10-year-old girl in Eku, Ethiope East local government area.
According to him, the two suspects were arrested and presently in police custody.
He stated that they will soon be charged to court at the completion of investigation, most likely on Monday 01/07/2019.
Meanwhile, it is disturbing that two cases of defilement of minors were recorded within the space of three weeks.
