LAGOS NOVEMBER 16TH (URHOBOTODAY)-No fewer than four people were confirmed dead and others sustained various degree of injuries when a Toyota car ran under a trailer along Ughelli –Patani expressway
The accident which occurred a few distance from Ughelli-Ogor Modern Market along Ughelli Patani Express way at about 4.00 pm is between a Toyota car with registration number, Bayelsa SPP882 XG and an empty AP Petrol Tanker with registration number, XB313ER.

Those who lost their lives include a mother and her two children (a 3 months old baby and a seven year old boy) and a man. Only three people survived the accident. Those that survived the accident are currently receiving treatment at a private clinic. Scattered human belongings and blood stains where noticed by Urhobotoday correspondent.
According to an eye witness, who sells bread close to the scene of the accident, “The Toyota car was coming from Bayelsa side of the Ughelli Patani Express Way, while the tanker was trying to make a U-Turn. The Toyota car was coming on a high speed which he could not control on sighting the trailer and ran under the trailer,”
