Delta: Civilian Captured on Camera Beating Up Army Officer
LAGOS DECEMBER 1ST (URHOBOTODAY)-Often, we read stories of Army Officers who beat up civilians at the slightest irritation, but this time, in Oviore, close to Oreorokpe in Delta State, a civilian was captured on camera yesterday as he engaged the fully dressed military man in fisticuffs, while his colleagues stood back without interfering.
Eye witnesses claimed that the other officers allowed the civilian to get done with his business of embarrassing a military man, before the pounced on him.
