NUPENG National Vice Chairman’s 90yrs Old Mother Kidnapped in Urhobo Community

OLOMU:THE peace of Olomu Kingdom in Ughelli-South Area of Delta State was broken yesterday as suspected kidnappers in the wee hours broke into 90 years old Mrs. Egbeshire Otovwievwie house and abducted her.
According to a Urhobotoday Source, the suspected kidnappers numbering five in a Toyota Camry car took the community youths unawares as they carried out the abduction after all have gone to bed.
The abducted 90 year widow is said to be the mother of the National Vice Chairman of NUPENG, who is staff of Nigeria Gas Company.
HRM, Ovie R. L. Ogbon, Ogoni-Oghoro I, the Ohworode of Olomu kingdom was shocked by the incident, in a telephone chat he condemned the act and appeal for the immediate and unconditional release of the kidnapped great grand mother.
Also, Mr. Simon Ebrobota, President General of Oviri-Olomu condemn the act and appeals for the released of the old woman.
According to our Source, ” Mrs. Egbeshire was kidnapped early this morning at about 12.30am at her house at Esie Street in Oviri- Olomu. The kidnappers came in a Toyota camry saloon car and made straight to the old woman’s house.
“All attempts by the community youths to block the vehicle while leaving was abortive as a result of d indiscriminate shooting by the kidnappers to scare the the community youths.
“However, the incident has been reported at the police and the State Security Service operatives at Otu- Jeremi, headquarters of Ughelli-South.”
