LAGOS SEPTEMBER 21ST (URHOBOTODAY)-Church workers of City Gate Church, Benin did not prepare for what they met when they resumed for duties in the previous day.
To their amazement, the church workers resumed work to discover a nude man within the church premises which was allegedly locked at the close of work in the previous day.
They were thrown into confusion when in the morning they opened the church premises which has a very tall gate, fortified with razor sharp barbed wires, and discovered a stark naked man roaming to and fro within the Church compound which was locked the previous day.
Upon interrogation in news monitored in Independence Televsion (ITV), the naked young man confessed that he is a wizard from an Urhobo community of Delta State.
According to him, he was on an unknown assignment from Delta state when his ‘spiritual google map’ went haywire.
Speaking in Delta pidgin language the Wizard said, “ I was on a spiritual mission. After 10. O’ clock in the night, I come reach Ring Road in Benin. I begin to turn round and round until I come reach here. I say shuo here don lock o. I no know here before o. Na him I say na di work of God.”
Speaking to journalists, the Pastor of City Gate Church, Prophet Ojo Agge said the mysterious appearance of the man in his church premises is amazing. He said when the man was questioned he claimed to be on a spiritual mission from Agbarho in Delta State.
“When asked what was his mission in the Church, he said he was on a spiritual mission from Agbarho in Delta State, but when he got to Ring Road in Benin-City, he battled and battled and landed in the Church premises. He promised to give his life to Christ,” Prophet Agge disclosed.
