Edo Youths Hail Oshiomole’s Achievements, Pass Vote of Confidence on Speaker

LAGOS SEPTEMBER 10TH (URHOBOTODAY)- Edo Youths under the aegis of Oredo Youths for Change (OYC) has commended the Edo State Governor Comrade Adams Oshiomole for his developmental strides. The youths were happy with the way the governor is developing the state. They were of the opinion that the state has become the envy of other states because of the development that has taken place since Oshiomole became the governor of the state.
The group equally passess vote of confidence on the Speaker of Edo State House of Assembly, Rt (HON) Uyi Oghogho Igbe.
The group who made the commendation through its coordinator Comrade Osasere Omosefe after a meeting of the group this weekend pointed out that the Oshiomole has performed excellently.
He stated that the visionary leadership qualities of the Governor had helped to transform the state especially Oredo local Government Area. The group who pledged their unalloyed support for the Oshiomole administration urged him not to relent in his efforts aimed at moving the state to a greater height.
In the same vein the group also have commended the Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly Rt. Hon.Uyi Oghogho Igbe for his pragmatic way of running the legislative business of the Edo State House of Assembly.
The Group who passed a vote of confidence on the Speaker for influencing laudable projects to Oredo LGA and for empowering the people at the grassroots expressed confidence that if given a higher calling they have no doubt that he would do better. Furthermore, the coordinator said that the group has concluded plans to organize voters sensitization campaign across the various wards in Oredo Local Government area.
He pointed out that this will enable the people to vote for credible leaders in 2015.
In his words, ” We are tired of non-performing representatives. It is time for change.”
